Where Tradition Meets Modern Technology
Ever wondered how we achieve that perfectly consistent taste and aroma in every packet of Reena’s Masala? Today, we’re pulling back the curtain and taking you inside our manufacturing facility in Bengaluru.
While our recipes are inspired by age-old traditions, our processing is powered by modern, industrial-grade technology.
Step 1: Precision Mixing with Our V-Blender
The secret to a great masala lies in the “Blend.” We use high-performance V-Blenders (as seen in our gallery) made of food-grade stainless steel.
- Why this matters: Unlike manual mixing, this machinery ensures that every single gram of spice is distributed evenly. Whether it’s the heat of the chilli or the fragrance of the cardamom, you get the same perfect balance in every spoonful.
Step 2: Maintaining a Controlled Environment
Our factory is designed for optimal airflow and hygiene. We use heavy-duty exhaust systems and industrial fans to keep the environment cool and dry. This prevents moisture from entering the spices, which is crucial for maintaining a long shelf life and preventing clumping without using artificial anti-caking agents.
Step 3: Organized Storage & Quality Checks
Once the masalas are blended and packed, they are stored in our organized warehouse area.
- Bulk Readiness: We don’t just cater to home kitchens! As you can see from our ready-to-ship cartons, we regularly fulfill bulk orders for hotels and restaurants (labeled clearly as “KEBAB” and “KABAB 65”).
- Traceability: Every carton is labeled with batch details, ensuring that we can track our quality from the moment it leaves our door to the moment it reaches your pan.
Step 4: A Dedicated Team
Behind every machine is a team of dedicated professionals who monitor the grinding and mixing process. We operate as a proud Micro-Enterprise, which allows us to maintain “boutique quality” with industrial-strength consistency.
At Reena’s Masala, we don’t just “make” spices—we engineer flavors.
